A final quality review for a Duo campaign

Review the finished source, scene, motion and delivery files in a deliberate order before publishing a Duo campaign.

Review the things a viewer will actually experience: correct sources, readable framing, coherent motion and working delivery files.

Start with a Duo scene.

Use a reusable template as your starting point, then apply the choices in this article.

A paid plan is required to use templates and export.

Review meaning before finish

Begin with the source content. Confirm that the right product state appears on each screen, that any fictional examples are identified and that private information is absent. A beautiful reflection does not compensate for a cover that shows the wrong design.

Then look at the campaign as a set. The finish, background and selected task should remain consistent where the story is continuous. Intentional differences should have a clear purpose. Review the actual exported files rather than relying only on the editor preview or an earlier approved screenshot.

A four-pass review sheet

Assign each pass a concrete observation. This keeps a final review from becoming a vague search for anything that feels off.

Check the beginning, middle and destination

For video, watch from start to finish and inspect the joins where motion changes. Confirm that effect ranges cover the intended shots and that continuous moves share their boundary pose. Look at the physical fold with its chosen screen-optics setting, not a different preview state.

For stills, inspect both a small preview and the intended full placement. Check that alpha-capable files behave as expected on the destination background and that the main interface cue remains recognizable. Open any shared template link using the intended access context; a link working for the owner is not a complete recipient check. Record any remaining limitation in the handoff, then make a targeted correction and recheck the affected outputs. Keep the approved files and review notes together for a usable campaign handoff.

Final pass

Before you call it finished

  • Review approved sources before visual polish.
  • Open and inspect the actual exported files.
  • Check shared destinations and record remaining limitations.
