A shared template is a starting composition. Using it creates a project in your account so you can replace the screens and refine the result for your product.
Try it in SynthMock
Start with a Duo scene.
Use a reusable template as your starting point, then apply the choices in this article.
A paid plan is required to use templates and export.
Choose the structure before replacing the artwork
Browse the Duo collection and choose a template whose camera, fold and pacing suit your message. A cover-led scene is useful for a compact introduction; an open inner view gives a wider interface more room. The preview helps you choose a starting point, not just a thumbnail color.
Public template previews are available without payment. To use a template, edit it as your own project, or export native images and videos, sign in with a paid account. Browsing a collection does not grant export access.
Create the project through the template action
Use the template’s action in the shared collection. A link to the collection may contain several choices; it should not be mistaken for a link to one exact template.
- Open the shared Duo collection or an active individual template link.
- Choose the template you want to use.
- If prompted, sign in and return to the shared page. Complete the paid-access step if your account is not unlocked.
- Use the template to create a project. Wait for the editor to open before trying the action again.
- Replace the large and small screen artwork, then inspect the scene’s existing motion before altering it.
Handle a changed or unavailable share
Shared collections are controlled by their owners. A template can be removed or sharing can be turned off. If the page says the collection changed, reload to see its current contents instead of retrying a stale selection repeatedly.
If your workspace has reached its project limit, manage existing projects before creating another copy. If the template is no longer available, return to the current Duo collection or start with the Duo model. Once your new project opens, give it a clear name and verify that your own sources have replaced any example artwork.
Final pass
Before you call it finished
- The selected template created a project in your account.
- Both Duo sources contain the intended artwork.
- The saved project has a clear name and has been reviewed before export.
Make the next version yours.
