Show a plan, not a promised outcome
Use a fictional session called Afternoon movement. The cover can show its name and a clear start point. The inner view can show the session outline and a selected exercise, using original demonstration labels. Keep the campaign focused on how the interface organizes the activity.
Avoid fabricated calorie totals, body transformations or medical claims. If real metrics are part of an approved product demonstration, retain their units and context and do not imply that a styled render verifies their accuracy. The proposed brief is an art-direction exercise, not fitness instruction or evidence of a health benefit.
Give the expanded view a simple hierarchy
The open screen should make the session easier to understand in the image. It need not display every historical chart, achievement and plan at once.

Use energy without losing the task
A warm background and a decisive camera approach can give the concept energy, but the product still needs a readable arrival. Keep the selected stage recognizable after the fold. Do not synchronize a complex camera turn with a crucial instruction if it makes that instruction difficult to follow.
For a proposed deliverable, create one compact cover still, one open session overview and a brief opening sequence. Use the same finish and palette across all three. Review the content for personal health information before export, then review the visual hierarchy at normal size. If adapted to a real app, show only actual supported layouts and activities; keep the promotional claim proportional to what those screens demonstrate.
