The next shot should begin where the previous move ends when the sequence is meant to flow continuously. Compare the whole pose and scene, not just one rotation value.

Compare the complete boundary state
A camera jump can come from Tilt, Roll, Pan, Zoom or FOV. A physical jump can come from Fold. A visual flash can come from a different finish, source image, reflection strength or background. Matching only Tilt Y leaves many ways for the boundary to feel wrong.
Select the previous effect’s End and note the relevant values. Then select the next effect’s Start. The new-shot workflow can inherit continuity, but later endpoint edits can change it, so inspect the result after revising the earlier shot.

Repair the start without flattening the next move
The new shot can still have a very different ending pose. Continuity concerns where it begins; it does not require every shot to repeat the same angle.
- Pause at the previous effect’s End and inspect the full state.
- Select the next effect’s Start and align any mismatched values.
- Leave the next End as the intended destination unless it also needs revision.
- Scrub just before and just after the shot boundary.
- Play through the boundary at normal speed and check the full new move.
Position continuity is only the first check
Even with identical boundary poses, two easing curves can create a stop or a sudden change in perceived speed. Decide whether that pause is a deliberate reading moment. If the move should feel continuous, adjust the neighboring curves and durations together.
Source videos and moving backgrounds can also jump while the phone’s geometry stays continuous. Review those separately. Finish with a downloaded MP4 check, since the complete delivery is what matters rather than two paused endpoint previews.
