A loop is complete only when the last frame connects convincingly to the first. Matching the phone’s rotation is necessary, but sources, lighting and background can still reveal the seam.

Define the return state
Choose the first frame as the loop’s reference. Note Camera Tilt, Roll, Pan, Zoom and FOV, the Fold angle, Finish, screen sources and lighting. The final effect should return to that intended state rather than simply ending near it.
An out-and-back movement is a practical first loop. It gives you a clear departure and return without requiring an entire revolution. Keep the background still while testing the device path, especially if a moving gradient would have a different phase at the seam.
Connect pose and perceived speed
Identical positions can still feel like a bump if one side arrives abruptly and the other departs slowly. Decide whether the seam should contain a deliberate rest or pass through with a continuous feeling.
- Inspect the first effect’s Start state.
- Set the final effect’s End to the same camera, Fold and appearance state.
- Review the arrival and departure easing together.
- Check any video source for a matching beginning and ending image, or use still artwork for the first loop test.
- Play the ending followed immediately by the beginning several times.
- Export the clip and repeat that same check on the downloaded MP4.
Look beyond the phone geometry
A scrolling source can jump even when the phone returns perfectly. A changing background or light can create a flash. Remove or redesign those discontinuities instead of hiding them behind a rapid spin.
If the loop still feels uneven, inspect the frame immediately before the end and immediately after the start at the chosen export frame rate. Avoid adding a duplicate hold unintentionally at both ends. A loop should be a deliberate motion design, not a promise that every arbitrary six-shot sequence will repeat seamlessly.

Final pass
Before you call it finished
- Last and first camera, Fold and appearance states agree.
- Sources and background do not reveal an unintended seam.
- Repeated playback of the exported file feels deliberate.
