Share a Duo template or a folder of templates

Choose the right sharing scope

An individual template link is precise: it presents one starting scene. A folder link presents the templates currently included in that collection. Use a folder for a campaign kit or a set of alternative Duo reveals, and make its name understandable outside your workspace.

Public previews are viewable without paid access, but using and editing a template as a project requires a signed-in paid account. Sharing is not a way to give everyone free native exports.

Create the link and test its destination

Start from Templates after saving the items you want to distribute. The Share dialog is also where you manage the existing link later.

1. Open the template’s sharing action, or open a folder and choose Share folder.
2. Enable sharing if needed and copy the Share link shown in the dialog.
3. Use Preview shared template or Preview shared folder to inspect the public presentation.
4. Check the name, preview and included templates before posting the link.
5. Return to the same dialog to turn off sharing when the collection should no longer be public.

Understand short links and counts

Standard accounts receive a longer share link. Custom short links such as a memorable path on synthmock.com are an administrator capability; ordinary users should use the generated URL rather than trying to reserve a vanity path.

Link opens are an aggregate signal shown by the sharing interface. Your own previews are excluded, and both long and short links share the displayed total when a short link exists. Treat that count as link opens, not verified unique people or proof that someone exported a mockup. If you change a folder’s contents, preview it again so the current destination still matches what you promised.
